2018 Summer Strength & Conditioning

-Once spring sports regular season ends, we will conduct lifts at 3:15 Monday -Thursday in the weight room and on the field.
-Once school is finished we will have two start times for lifts (tentatively 7:00 start and 8:15 start on Monday-Thursday)
-We are looking to provide a package of Workout Gear for summer lifting for participants and the program will be run at no cost to participants beside the cost of Workout Gear. Will discuss with the team what we would like for the gear package at our meeting.
